Kirleticiler ar\u0131tma kapasitesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr, ekipman\u0131 kirletir ve k\u00f6p\u00fcrmeye neden olur. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Filtre Konumu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rejenerat\u00f6r\u00fcn taban\u0131nda veya rejenerasyon sonras\u0131nda seyreltik aminin topland\u0131\u011f\u0131 dengeleme tank\u0131nda bulunur. S\u0131cak rejenerasyon amini filtreleyerek, emiciye geri g\u00f6nderilmeden \u00f6nce biriken kirletici maddeleri giderir. Sirk\u00fclasyon d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcndeki kritik kalite kontrol noktas\u0131d\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Filtre Tasar\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rejenerat\u00f6r haznesinden gelen s\u0131cak amin giri\u015fine sahip dikey bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 kap, 5-25 mikron nominal aral\u0131kl\u0131 kartu\u015f filtre elemanlar\u0131, s\u00fcz\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f amin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan zay\u0131f amin pompas\u0131na ba\u011flant\u0131, tahliye ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131, diferansiyel bas\u0131n\u00e7 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm cihazlar\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Filtre Malzemesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u0131cak amin uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in derinlik tipi kartu\u015f filtreler. Malzemeler 110-150 \u00b0C s\u0131cakl\u0131klara dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r ve amin \u00e7\u00f6zeltilerinin kimyasal etkisine kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7 g\u00f6sterir. Amin t\u00fcr\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak polipropilen, polyester veya \u00f6zel filtre malzemeleri kullan\u0131l\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Ko\u015fullar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rejenerat\u00f6rden gelen s\u0131cakl\u0131k 110-150 \u00b0C. Amin devresindeki bas\u0131n\u00e7 5-50 psig. Tasar\u0131m, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u0131ras\u0131nda meydana gelen termal d\u00f6ng\u00fcleri hesaba katmaktad\u0131r. Malzemeler, y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131ktaki a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 amin ortam\u0131na uygun olarak se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Malzeme Se\u00e7imi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MEA ve DEA \u00e7\u00f6zeltileri i\u00e7in korozyon pay\u0131 dahil karbon \u00e7eli\u011fi. MDEA ve a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ortamlar i\u00e7in 304\/316 paslanmaz \u00e7elik. Filtre g\u00f6vdeleri, amin kimyasallar\u0131na ve y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klara dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Kirletici T\u00fcrleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>H\u2082S korozyonundan kaynaklanan demir s\u00fclf\u00fcr, geri kazan\u0131m i\u015fleminden kaynaklanan aktif karbon tozlar\u0131, ar\u0131tma i\u015fleminden kaynaklanan filtre yard\u0131mc\u0131 maddesi, boru hatlar\u0131ndan kaynaklanan kire\u00e7 ve pas, kat\u0131 maddeler olu\u015fturan amin bozunma \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ve gaz kirlili\u011finden kaynaklanan hidrokarbon birikintileri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diferansiyel Bas\u0131n\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Filtre elemanlar\u0131 genelinde bas\u0131n\u00e7 fark\u0131 (DP) izlemesi. Kat\u0131 maddeler biriktik\u00e7e temiz DP de\u011feri 5-10 psi\u2019ye y\u00fckselir. Sirk\u00fclasyon h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in elemanlar 20-35 psi\u2019de de\u011fi\u015ftirilir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Uygulamalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fal gaz amine ar\u0131tma \u00fcniteleri, rafineri ek\u015fi gaz ar\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, sentetik gazdan CO\u2082 giderimi, hidrojen tesisinde ar\u0131tma, amonyak tesisinde asit gaz giderimi ve filtreleme gerektiren her t\u00fcrl\u00fc amine sirk\u00fclasyon sistemi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eleman De\u011fi\u015fimi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcvenli bak\u0131m i\u00e7in sistemin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve so\u011futulmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Filtreyi bo\u015falt\u0131n ve s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmesini bekleyin. Kapa\u011f\u0131 ve kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f elemanlar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131n. Kirlenme t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ve miktar\u0131n\u0131 kontrol edin. Yeni elemanlar\u0131 tak\u0131n ve sistemi yeniden ba\u015flat\u0131n.    <\/p>\n<p><strong>Amin Kalite Korumas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Temiz amin, H\u2082S ve CO\u2082 emme kapasitesini korur. Partik\u00fcller, gaz-s\u0131v\u0131 temas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyerek ar\u0131tma verimlili\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr. Kat\u0131 maddeler k\u00f6p\u00fcklenmeye neden olarak emicinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 aksat\u0131r. Filtreleme, performans a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Yeniden Is\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 Korumas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rejenerat\u00f6r\u00fcn yeniden \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 borular\u0131nda birikmeyi \u00f6nleyen kat\u0131 maddeleri giderir. Is\u0131 transfer verimlili\u011fini korur. Kirlenmeyi \u00f6nleyerek enerji t\u00fcketimini azalt\u0131r. Kirlenmeyi kontrol alt\u0131na alarak yeniden \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzat\u0131r.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Pompa Korumas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Filtreleme, a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131 gidererek ya\u011fs\u0131z amin pompas\u0131n\u0131n contalar\u0131n\u0131 ve pervanelerini korur. Mekanik bile\u015fenlerin \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzat\u0131r. Erken ar\u0131zalar\u0131 \u00f6nleyerek sistemin g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fini korur.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u00f6p\u00fck Olu\u015fumunun \u00d6nlenmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Partik\u00fcller ve hidrokarbonlar, emicide k\u00f6p\u00fcklenmeye neden olarak ar\u0131tma kapasitesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr. Filtreleme, sirk\u00fclasyonu ve birikmeyi \u00f6nleyerek ekipman\u0131 korur. Dikkat edilmesi gereken korozyon sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6stergesidir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Performans Avantajlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00f6zeltinin temizli\u011fini koruyarak amin ar\u0131tma verimlili\u011fini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcr. Yeniden kaynat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131, \u0131s\u0131 e\u015fanj\u00f6rlerini ve pompalar\u0131 korur. K\u00f6p\u00fcklenmeyi ve i\u015fletme aksakl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131r.
