Malzemeler 180-200C s\u0131cakl\u0131ktaki s\u0131cak glikole dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r ve kimyasal bozulmaya kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7 g\u00f6sterir. Kir tutma gereksinimlerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak k\u0131vr\u0131ml\u0131 veya sarg\u0131l\u0131 yap\u0131ya sahiptir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Ko\u015fullar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yeniden \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131dan gelen s\u0131cakl\u0131k 180-200 \u00b0C\u2019dir. S\u0131v\u0131yla temas eden t\u00fcm par\u00e7alar TEG kimyasallar\u0131na dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Kirletici Maddelerin Giderilmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Glikol\u00fcn termal bozunmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanan demir s\u00fclf\u00fcr, kire\u00e7, karbon par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131, tuz kristalleri, kompres\u00f6r ya\u011f\u0131 damlac\u0131klar\u0131 ve kat\u0131 hidrokarbon birikintilerini tutar. Etkili gaz kurutmas\u0131 i\u00e7in glikol\u00fcn safl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korur. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Diferansiyel Bas\u0131n\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bas\u0131n\u00e7 fark\u0131 (DP) izleme verileri, filtrenin t\u0131kanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Bas\u0131n\u00e7 fark\u0131 5-10 psi'ye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda filtreyi temizleyin. 20-35 psi'ye ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda filtrenin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi gerekir. Y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7 fark\u0131, glikol sirk\u00fclasyon h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek kurutma performans\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkiler.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Uygulamalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fal gaz TEG susuzla\u015ft\u0131rma \u00fcniteleri, gaz i\u015fleme tesislerindeki glikol sistemleri, a\u00e7\u0131k deniz platformlar\u0131ndaki susuzla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar, kuyu sahas\u0131 susuzla\u015ft\u0131rma paketleri ve kirlenme kontrol\u00fc gerektiren her t\u00fcrl\u00fc glikol sirk\u00fclasyonu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eleman De\u011fi\u015fimi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u0131cak glikol uygulamas\u0131 i\u00e7in sistemin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Kirlenmeyi ve boru ar\u0131zalar\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131r.
