S\u0131v\u0131 s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131, yanmada dengesizli\u011fe, alevin s\u00f6nmesine ve s\u0131cak b\u00f6lmede hasara yol a\u00e7ar. Partik\u00fcller, yak\u0131t nozullar\u0131n\u0131 ve kontrol vanalar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131r. Filtre ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar, yak\u0131t kalitesini g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na alarak ekipman hasar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nler.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130ki A\u015famal\u0131 Tasar\u0131m<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Birinci a\u015famadaki s\u0131v\u0131 ay\u0131rma i\u015flemi, yer\u00e7ekimi ile \u00e7\u00f6keltme ve birle\u015ftirme y\u00f6ntemlerini kullanarak kondensat\u0131, kompres\u00f6r ya\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve suyu giderir. \u0130kinci a\u015famadaki kartu\u015f filtreleme i\u015flemi ise kat\u0131 par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131 (boru kireci, pas, kir ve kal\u0131nt\u0131lar) tutar. Bu a\u015famalar\u0131n birle\u015fimi sayesinde teknik \u00f6zelliklere uygun yak\u0131t elde edilir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u0131v\u0131 Ay\u0131rma B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Giri\u015f momentumunun azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, yer\u00e7ekimi yoluyla s\u0131v\u0131n\u0131n ayr\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Tel \u00f6rg\u00fc birle\u015ftirici, ince damlac\u0131klar\u0131 bir araya getirir. S\u0131v\u0131, seviye kontroll\u00fc otomatik tahliye sistemi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla toplama haznesine bo\u015falt\u0131l\u0131r. Filtreleme \u00f6ncesinde s\u0131v\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 uzakla\u015ft\u0131rarak filtre elemanlar\u0131n\u0131 korur.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Filtreleme B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3-10 mikron mutlak filtreleme derecesine sahip kartu\u015f filtreler, kat\u0131 partik\u00fclleri giderir. \u00c7ok elemanl\u0131 yap\u0131, gaz ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6netir. Pileli filtre malzemesi, y\u00fczey alan\u0131n\u0131 en \u00fcst d\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r. De\u011fi\u015ftirilebilir elemanlar, haznenin s\u00f6k\u00fclmesine gerek kalmadan bak\u0131m yap\u0131lmas\u0131na olanak tan\u0131r.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bas\u0131nc\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tasar\u0131m bas\u0131nc\u0131, yak\u0131t gaz\u0131 sistemine uygundur; tipik olarak t\u00fcrbin yak\u0131t\u0131 i\u00e7in 150-500 psig, motorlar i\u00e7in 50-150 psig\u2019dir. Malzemeler, ASME B\u00f6l\u00fcm VIII\u2019e g\u00f6re \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bas\u0131nc\u0131na uygun olarak derecelendirilmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Malzeme Se\u00e7imi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fal gaz uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in karbon \u00e7eli\u011fi. Asitli gaz veya y\u00fcksek safl\u0131k gerektiren uygulamalar i\u00e7in paslanmaz \u00e7elik. Filtre elemanlar\u0131 ve birle\u015ftirici malzemeler gaz\u0131n kimyasal etkilerine dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Tasar\u0131m, kirlenmeyi \u00f6nler.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Diferansiyel Bas\u0131n\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u0131v\u0131 ay\u0131rma ve filtreleme b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 bas\u0131n\u00e7 fark\u0131 (DP) izleme. Koalesans filtresinin bas\u0131n\u00e7 fark\u0131 en az 1-3 psi olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Filtrenin bas\u0131n\u00e7 fark\u0131 temizken 3-8 psi olup, 15-25 psi\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi\u011finde eleman\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi gerekti\u011fi belirtilir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Uygulamalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elektrik \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in gaz t\u00fcrbini yak\u0131t gaz\u0131 haz\u0131rlama, pistonlu motor yak\u0131t ar\u0131tma, end\u00fcstriyel br\u00fcl\u00f6r yak\u0131t beslemesi, proses \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 yak\u0131t gaz\u0131, kompres\u00f6r istasyonu yak\u0131t\u0131 ve temiz yak\u0131t gerektiren her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yanma uygulamas\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u0131v\u0131 Giderme Performans\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Serbest s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131 giderir ve aerosolleri a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k\u00e7a 0,1 ppm\u2019nin alt\u0131na indirir. Yanma ekipman\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131v\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131ndan korur. T\u00fcrbin g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hayati \u00f6neme sahiptir; kompres\u00f6r dalgalanmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve yanma sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nler.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131n Giderilmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Boru kirecini, demir oksit, kaynak c\u00fcrufu, kum ve kompres\u00f6r a\u015f\u0131nma par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tutar. Yak\u0131t kontrol vanalar\u0131n\u0131 t\u0131kanmaya kar\u015f\u0131 korur. Yak\u0131t p\u00fcsk\u00fcrtme ucundaki a\u015f\u0131nmay\u0131 \u00f6nleyerek s\u0131cak b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzat\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Drenaj Sistemi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seviye anahtarlar\u0131, biriken s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131 (yo\u011fu\u015fma suyu, ya\u011f, su) tahliye eden otomatik tahliye sistemini devreye sokar. Y\u00fcksek seviye alarm\u0131, s\u0131v\u0131 ta\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nler.
