G\u00fcvenlik filtreleri, 3-10 mikron mutlak boyuta kadar olan partik\u00fclleri gidererek son savunma hatt\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturur ve pahal\u0131 makineleri a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 a\u015f\u0131nma ve ar\u0131zalardan korur. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Filtre Tasar\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Filtreli ya\u011f giri\u015fi, y\u00fcksek verimli kartu\u015f elemanlar\u0131, ekipmana temiz ya\u011f \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131, diferansiyel bas\u0131n\u00e7 izleme, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bas\u0131nc\u0131 \u00f6nleyen baypas korumas\u0131 ve tahliye ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 bulunan dikey veya yatay bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 kap.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Element Teknolojisi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mutlak dereceli filtre malzemesi, belirtilen mikron seviyesinde kir tutma garantisi sunar. Tipik derecelendirmeler 3, 5 veya 10 mikron mutlak de\u011ferlerdir. Kir tutma gereksinimlerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak derinlik filtrasyonu veya y\u00fczey filtrasyonu malzemeleri kullan\u0131l\u0131r. \u00c7ok katmanl\u0131 yap\u0131, verimlili\u011fi ve kapasiteyi en \u00fcst d\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bas\u0131nc\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tasar\u0131m bas\u0131nc\u0131, t\u00fcrbin ya\u011flama ya\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in tipik olarak 50-300 psig olan ya\u011f sistemine uygundur; hidrolik sistemlerde ise bu de\u011fer daha y\u00fcksektir. Temiz filtre bas\u0131n\u00e7 fark\u0131 5-10 psi\u2019dir. Baypas olu\u015fumunu \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in 25-35 psi\u2019lik bas\u0131n\u00e7 fark\u0131nda filtrenin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi gerekir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131n Giderilmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rulmanlardaki a\u015f\u0131nma metallerini, conta par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131, vernik par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, i\u00e7eri giren kirleri ve bozunma \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini giderir. Kritik uygulamalar i\u00e7in ISO 16\/14\/11 temizlik standartlar\u0131na veya daha y\u00fcksek standartlara uygun ekipman\u0131 korur. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Malzeme Yap\u0131s\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Petrol ya\u011flar\u0131 i\u00e7in karbon \u00e7eli\u011fi. Sentetik ya\u011flar, g\u0131da s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 veya a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 uygulamalar i\u00e7in paslanmaz \u00e7elik. Ya\u011f\u0131n kimyasal yap\u0131s\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla uyumlu filtre g\u00f6vdesi malzemeleri.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Baypas Korumas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yayl\u0131 baypas valfi, filtre tamamen t\u0131kan\u0131rsa a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r ve b\u00f6ylece ya\u011f yetersizli\u011finden kaynaklanan sistem hasar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nler. Bas\u0131n\u00e7 fark\u0131 40-50 psi olarak ayarlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Baz\u0131 kritik uygulamalarda baypas devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131larak, kirlenmi\u015f ya\u011f\u0131n ekipmana ula\u015fmamas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Uygulamalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Buhar ve gaz t\u00fcrbini ya\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131, pistonlu ve santrif\u00fcj kompres\u00f6r ya\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n filtrelenmesi, hidrolik sistemlerin g\u00fcvenlik ama\u00e7l\u0131 filtrelenmesi, di\u015fli ya\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n ar\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ultra temiz ya\u011f gerektiren t\u00fcm kritik ekipmanlar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eleman De\u011fi\u015fimi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kartu\u015f elemanlar\u0131, bak\u0131m kesintileri s\u0131ras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015ftirilebilir. DP de\u011ferinin artmas\u0131, filtre eleman\u0131n\u0131n t\u0131kanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir. Y\u00fcksek DP alarm\u0131, operat\u00f6rleri uyar\u0131r. Baz\u0131 sistemler, ekipman\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131yla kilitlenerek baypas \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 engeller.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Sistem Entegrasyonu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ya\u011f so\u011futucular\u0131 ve ar\u0131tma i\u015fleminden sonra kritik ekipmanlar\u0131n hemen yukar\u0131s\u0131na yerle\u015ftirilir. K\u0131sa boru mesafesi, kirlenmenin girmesini en aza indirir. Ya\u011f\u0131n yataklara ve kontrol sistemlerine girmeden \u00f6nceki son koruma a\u015famas\u0131d\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Ya\u011f\u0131n Temizli\u011fi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekipman \u00fcreticilerinin gereksinimlerini kar\u015f\u0131layan ISO 4406 temizlik standartlar\u0131n\u0131 korur. Tipik t\u00fcrbin ya\u011flama ya\u011f\u0131 16\/14\/11 veya daha temizdir. Servo hidrolik sistemler i\u00e7in 15\/13\/10 gereklidir. G\u00fcvenlik filtresi, teknik \u015fartnamelere uygunlu\u011fu garanti eder.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Performans Avantajlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kirlenmeden kaynaklanan ciddi ekipman ar\u0131zalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nler. A\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 y\u0131pranmay\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rarak ekipman\u0131n \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzat\u0131r. Rulman ve contalar\u0131 koruyarak bak\u0131m maliyetlerini azalt\u0131r. Mutlak derecesine uygun \u00fcretici teknik \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re filtre elemanlar\u0131. Ya\u011f uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in uygun malzemeler.
