Ekipmanlardan geri d\u00f6nen kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ya\u011fda ise a\u015f\u0131nma kaynakl\u0131 metaller ve bozunma \u00fcr\u00fcnleri bulunur. Giri\u015f filtrasyonu, bu kirleticilerin kritik ekipmanlara girerek hasara yol a\u00e7mas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nler.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Filtre Yap\u0131land\u0131rmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ya\u011f giri\u015fi bulunan dikey veya yatay bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 kap; kat\u0131 maddeleri ay\u0131ran kartu\u015f filtre elemanlar\u0131 veya torba filtreler; gerekirse su ay\u0131rma b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc; depoya veya ekipmana giden filtrelenmi\u015f ya\u011f \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131; biriken su ve kat\u0131 maddeler i\u00e7in tahliye.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Filtre Malzemesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekipman koruma gereksinimlerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak 3-25 mikron aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda derecelendirilmi\u015f kartu\u015f filtreler. Derinlikli filtre malzemesi, kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 boyunca partik\u00fclleri tutarak kir tutma kapasitesi sa\u011flar. Pileli tasar\u0131mlar, kompakt bir alanda y\u00fczey alan\u0131n\u0131 en \u00fcst d\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bas\u0131nc\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tipik olarak 50-150 psig ya\u011f transfer pompas\u0131 bas\u0131nc\u0131na uyumludur. ASME B\u00f6l\u00fcm VIII\u2019e g\u00f6re, g\u00fcvenlik marj\u0131 dahil \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bas\u0131nc\u0131 i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Temiz filtreden ge\u00e7en bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc 5-10 psi\u2019dir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131n Giderilmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pas, kire\u00e7, \u00fcretim kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131, kir ve a\u015f\u0131nma par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 gidererek, ak\u0131\u015f a\u015fa\u011f\u0131s\u0131ndaki ekipman\u0131 korur. Filtreleme, yataklara, contalara, kontrol vanalar\u0131na ve hassas bile\u015fenlere a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 hasarlar\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nler. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Su Ay\u0131rma<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kirlenmi\u015f ya\u011fdan suyu ay\u0131rmak i\u00e7in iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 birle\u015ftirici elemanlar. Serbest su, tahliye edilebilmesi i\u00e7in tank\u0131n dibinde birikir. Suyun korozyona ve performans sorunlar\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcrbin ya\u011flama ya\u011f\u0131 ve hidrolik sistemler i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Malzeme Se\u00e7imi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Carbon steel for petroleum oils. Stainless steel for synthetic oils or corrosive applications. Filter housings in materials compatible with oil chemistry. Design prevents contamination from vessel materials.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Diferansiyel Bas\u0131n\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bas\u0131n\u00e7 fark\u0131 (DP) izlemesi, filtrenin t\u0131kanma durumunu g\u00f6sterir. Elemanlar kirletici maddeleri tutturduk\u00e7a DP 5-10 psi artar. Y\u00fcksek DP alarm\u0131, genellikle 25-35 psi de\u011ferinde eleman\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi gerekti\u011fini belirtir. Bu, baypas\u0131n ekipmana zarar vermesini \u00f6nler.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Uygulamalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrbin ya\u011flama sistemleri korumas\u0131, kompres\u00f6r ya\u011f\u0131 filtreleme, hidrolik sistem giri\u015f filtreleme, di\u015fli ya\u011f\u0131 ar\u0131tma, transformat\u00f6r ya\u011f\u0131 ar\u0131tma ve ekipman korumas\u0131 i\u00e7in temiz ya\u011f gerektiren her t\u00fcrl\u00fc uygulama.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eleman De\u011fi\u015fimi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kartu\u015f elemanlar\u0131, sistemin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131na gerek kalmadan bak\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015ftirilebilir. H\u0131zl\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lan kapaklar eri\u015fim imk\u00e2n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Elemanlar, tasar\u0131ma ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak tek kullan\u0131ml\u0131k veya temizlenebilir olabilir. Bas\u0131n\u00e7, normal bas\u0131n\u00e7 fark\u0131n\u0131n (DP) \u00fczerinde ayarlan\u0131r, ancak ekipman\u0131 korur. Baz\u0131 tasar\u0131mlarda baypas ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve b\u00f6ylece kirlenmi\u015f ya\u011f\u0131n ekipmana ula\u015fmas\u0131 engellenir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Sistem Entegrasyonu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depodan ekipmana uzanan ya\u011f besleme hatt\u0131nda yer al\u0131r. Pahal\u0131 makineleri kirlenmeden kaynaklanan hasarlardan korur. Eleman de\u011fi\u015fimi s\u0131ras\u0131nda kesintisiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in paralel ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f birden fazla filtre bulunur.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Ya\u011f Uyumlulu\u011fu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Petrol, sentetik ve \u00f6zel ya\u011flarla uyumlu filtre malzemeleri. S\u0131cakl\u0131k aral\u0131\u011f\u0131, 150 \u00b0C\u2019ye kadar s\u0131cak ya\u011f uygulamalar\u0131na uygundur. Contalar ve s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k elemanlar\u0131, ya\u011flar\u0131n kimyasal bile\u015fimlerine ve katk\u0131 maddelerine kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Performans Avantajlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekipman\u0131 kirlenmeden kaynaklanan hasarlardan koruyarak \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzat\u0131r.
