Fermantasyon sonucu olu\u015fan CO\u2082 ise biyolojik s\u00fcre\u00e7lerden kaynaklanan organik safs\u0131zl\u0131klar i\u00e7erir. End\u00fcstriyel kaynaklar ise \u00e7e\u015fitli kirletici maddeler \u00fcretir. Karbon adsorpsiyonu, bu safs\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma veya kullan\u0131m \u00f6ncesinde giderir.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Filtre Tasar\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ham CO\u2082 giri\u015f da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131s\u0131na sahip dikey bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 kap, tipik olarak 36-60 in\u00e7 derinli\u011finde aktif karbon yata\u011f\u0131, karbon kayb\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyen destek \u00e7ak\u0131l\u0131, alt drenaj sistemi ve ar\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f gaz \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131. Kirletici maddelere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak bo\u015f yatak temas s\u00fcresi 5-15 dakikad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Aktif K\u00f6m\u00fcr Malzemesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adsorpsiyon i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek y\u00fczey alan\u0131na sahip gran\u00fcl aktif karbon. Gaz faz\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in 4x10 veya 6x16 mesh partik\u00fcl boyutu. Hedeflenen kirleticilere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak k\u00f6m\u00fcr bazl\u0131 veya hindistan cevizi kabu\u011fu karbonu. Rejenerasyon veya de\u011fi\u015ftirme \u00f6ncesinde karbon \u00f6mr\u00fc 1-3 y\u0131ld\u0131r.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bas\u0131nc\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tipik olarak 1-50 bar aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda CO\u2082 geri kazan\u0131m veya i\u015fleme bas\u0131nc\u0131na uygun. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma bas\u0131nc\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ASME B\u00f6l\u00fcm VIII\u2019e g\u00f6re tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Malzemeler, g\u00fcvenlik fakt\u00f6rleri dikkate al\u0131narak bas\u0131nca dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u00fck\u00fcrt Giderme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hidrojen s\u00fclf\u00fcr, karbonil s\u00fclf\u00fcr ve k\u00fck\u00fcrt dioksiti 1 ppm\u2019nin alt\u0131na kadar adsorbe eder. G\u0131da s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 CO\u2082 spesifikasyonlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hayati \u00f6neme sahiptir. K\u00fck\u00fcrt giderimi, sonraki a\u015famadaki kataliz\u00f6rleri korur ve i\u00e7ecek uygulamalar\u0131nda koku olu\u015fumunu \u00f6nler.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Organik Maddelerin Giderilmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yanma veya fermantasyon kaynaklar\u0131ndan hidrokarbonlar\u0131, aldehitleri, ketonlar\u0131 ve u\u00e7ucu organik bile\u015fikleri (VOC) giderir. Toplam organik karbonu belirtilen seviyelere indirger. G\u0131da s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 ve farmas\u00f6tik CO\u2082 i\u00e7in vazge\u00e7ilmezdir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Malzeme Se\u00e7imi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Paslanmaz \u00e7elik yap\u0131, nem ve kirletici maddeler i\u00e7eren CO\u2082\u2019nin neden oldu\u011fu korozyona kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Karbon \u00e7eli\u011fi, \u0131slak CO\u2082 uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in uygun de\u011fildir. Malzemeler, ar\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f gaz\u0131n kirlenmesini \u00f6nler.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7\u0131\u011f \u0130zleme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gaz kromatografisi veya belirli kirletici analiz\u00f6rleri, karbon t\u00fckenmesini tespit eder. Yatak kapasitesinin %50-70\u2019inde meydana gelen k\u00fck\u00fcrt s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131, g\u00fcvenli bir de\u011fi\u015ftirme planlamas\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131na olanak tan\u0131r. TOC izleme, organik maddelerin giderilmesini takip eder.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Uygulamalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yanma veya fermantasyon yoluyla g\u0131da s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 CO\u2082 \u00fcretimi, i\u00e7ecek karbonatlamas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan CO\u2082 ar\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, ila\u00e7 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde CO\u2082 i\u015fleme, geli\u015fmi\u015f petrol geri kazan\u0131m\u0131nda CO\u2082 ar\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 ve kirletici madde i\u00e7ermeyen karbondioksit gerektiren her t\u00fcrl\u00fc uygulama.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yenileme Se\u00e7enekleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>150-300C'de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen termal rejenerasyon, adsorbe olmu\u015f kirletici maddeleri gidererek kapasitenin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 geri kazand\u0131r\u0131r. 800-900C'de tesis d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yap\u0131lan reaktivasyon, b\u00fcy\u00fck tesislerde de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye k\u0131yasla daha ekonomik bir \u015fekilde kapasitenin %85-95'ini geri kazand\u0131r\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u0131da S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 Standartlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7eceklerde kullan\u0131lan CO2, s\u0131k\u0131 safl\u0131k standartlar\u0131na uymal\u0131d\u0131r: kokusuz, tad\u0131 n\u00f6tr, k\u00fck\u00fcrt bile\u015fikleri 1 ppm\u2019nin alt\u0131nda ve organik madde i\u00e7eri\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Karbon filtrasyonu, ISBT g\u0131da s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 spesifikasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layan kritik bir ad\u0131md\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Yatak Derinli\u011fi Optimizasyonu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Daha derin yataklar, zorlu kirleticiler i\u00e7in daha uzun temas s\u00fcresi sa\u011flar. Giderim verimlili\u011fi ile bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc aras\u0131nda bir denge kurulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Gaz faz\u0131 adsorpsiyonu i\u00e7in tipik derinlik 4-6 feet\u2019tir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Sistem Entegrasyonu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk CO\u2082 ar\u0131tma i\u015fleminden (k\u00fck\u00fcrt giderme, kurutma) sonra, s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma veya s\u0131v\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma \u00f6ncesinde yer al\u0131r. Genellikle molek\u00fcler elek kurutma ile birle\u015ftirilerek tam ar\u0131tma sa\u011flan\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Performans Avantajlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7e\u015fitli kaynaklardan g\u0131da s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 CO\u2082 \u00fcretimini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lar. Koku ve tat bile\u015fiklerini giderir. Sonraki a\u015famadaki ekipman\u0131 kirletici maddelerden korur.
