Tasar\u0131m, bas\u0131n\u00e7 dalgalanmalar\u0131n\u0131 hesaba katmaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Malzeme Se\u00e7imi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Paslanmaz \u00e7elik yap\u0131, nem i\u00e7eren CO\u2082\u2019nin neden oldu\u011fu korozyona kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Karbon \u00e7eli\u011fi, karbonik asit olu\u015fturan nemli CO\u2082 i\u00e7in uygun de\u011fildir. Filtre g\u00f6vdeleri ve i\u00e7 par\u00e7alar\u0131 korozyona dayan\u0131kl\u0131 malzemelerden yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Filtreleme Verimlili\u011fi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eleman derecesinin \u00fczerindeki partik\u00fcllerin %99\u2019undan fazlas\u0131n\u0131 giderir. Kompres\u00f6rleri a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 a\u015f\u0131nmaya kar\u015f\u0131 korur. Elemanlar kat\u0131 maddeleri tutmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k\u00e7a DP 2-5 psi artar. Y\u00fcksek DP alarm\u0131, genellikle 15-25 psi de\u011ferinde de\u011fi\u015ftirme gereklili\u011fini bildirir. Paslanmaz \u00e7elikten yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f hijyenik yap\u0131. G\u0131da ile temasa uygunlu\u011fu onaylanm\u0131\u015f filtre elemanlar\u0131. FDA ve g\u0131da end\u00fcstrisi standartlar\u0131na uygunluk.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Nemle \u0130lgili Hususlar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nem i\u00e7eren CO\u2082, karbon \u00e7eli\u011fi \u00fczerinde son derece a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. Besleme hatt\u0131ndaki nem giderme i\u015flemi nemi azalt\u0131r, ancak filtreleme i\u015flemi i\u00e7in yine de korozyona dayan\u0131kl\u0131 malzemeler gereklidir.
