Bu kokular, \u00e7evredeki topluluklar\u0131 etkileyerek \u015fikayetlere ve mevzuat ihlallerine yol a\u00e7ar. Y\u0131kama i\u015flemi, koku yaratan bile\u015fikleri atmosfere sal\u0131nmadan \u00f6nce giderir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Y\u0131kama Tank\u0131 Tasar\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alt k\u0131sm\u0131nda kirli gaz giri\u015fi bulunan dikey kule tipi y\u0131kay\u0131c\u0131, gaz-s\u0131v\u0131 temas alan\u0131 sa\u011flayan dolgu malzemesi, \u00fcstten p\u00fcsk\u00fcrt\u00fclerek a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya do\u011fru akan y\u0131kama \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi, \u00fcst k\u0131s\u0131mda temiz gaz \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131, devridaim haznesi ve pompas\u0131, kimyasal dozaj sistemi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dolgu Malzemesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pall halkalar\u0131 gibi rastgele dolgu veya y\u00fcksek y\u00fczey alan\u0131 sa\u011flayan yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f dolgu. Dolgu derinli\u011fi, gaz y\u00fcklemesi ve giderim verimlili\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak 8-20 feet aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Dolgu malzemesi kirlenmeye kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc sa\u011flar.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Kimyasal Sistemler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>H\u2082S'nin sodyum s\u00fclf\u00fcr olu\u015fturarak giderilmesi i\u00e7in sodyum hidroksit \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi. Sodyum hipoklorit, s\u00fclf\u00fcrleri s\u00fclfata okside ederek rejenerasyon kapasitesini sa\u011flar. Alternatif sistemlerde permanganat veya hidrojen peroksit kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Kimyasal se\u00e7imi, kirletici maddelere ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Prensibi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kirli gaz, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 do\u011fru akan kostik \u00e7\u00f6zeltiyle temas eden dolgu malzemesi i\u00e7inden yukar\u0131 do\u011fru akar. H\u2082S, s\u0131v\u0131ya emilerek kostikle reaksiyona girer. VOC\u2019ler \u00e7\u00f6zeltiye emilir. Temiz gaz, genellikle 5 ppm\u2019nin alt\u0131ndaki H\u2082S koku e\u015fik de\u011ferlerini kar\u015f\u0131layarak d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Malzeme Yap\u0131s\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FRP yap\u0131, kostik \u00e7\u00f6zeltilere ve a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 gazlara kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Polipropilen veya PVC dolgu malzemesi. Paslanmaz \u00e7elik veya plastik devridaim pompas\u0131. Malzemeler, kimyasal ortamdan kaynaklanan bozulmay\u0131 \u00f6nler.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Performans \u00d6zellikleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>H\u2082S\u2019yi %95-99 oran\u0131nda giderir ve \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f konsantrasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 1 ppm\u2019nin alt\u0131na indirir. VOC giderimi, bile\u015fi\u011fin u\u00e7uculu\u011funa ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak %70-90 aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Dolgu malzemesi \u00fczerinden 2-6 in\u00e7 su s\u00fctunu bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc meydana gelir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Gaz Ak\u0131\u015f H\u0131zlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7e\u015fitli ar\u0131tma i\u015flemlerinden kaynaklanan tipik 1000-50.000 CFM havaland\u0131rma kapasitesi. Y\u0131kay\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n boyutland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, su basmas\u0131n\u0131 veya s\u00fcr\u00fcklenmeyi \u00f6nleyecek h\u0131zda maksimum tasar\u0131m ak\u0131\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6re yap\u0131l\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Uygulamalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At\u0131k su ar\u0131tma tesisinin giri\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, birincil \u00e7\u00f6kelticiler, \u00e7amur i\u015fleme alanlar\u0131, \u0131slak kuyular ve atmosfere sal\u0131nmadan \u00f6nce kontrol edilmesi gereken koku emisyonlar\u0131 \u00fcreten her t\u00fcrl\u00fc at\u0131k su tesisi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kimyasal M\u00fccadele<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>pH izleme, kostik \u00e7\u00f6zeltinin pH de\u011ferini genellikle 10-12 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda tutar. ORP \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc, oksitleyici konsantrasyonunu g\u00f6sterir. Otomatik dozajlama, kimyasallar\u0131 ayarlayarak y\u0131kama verimlili\u011fini korur. Bo\u015faltma i\u015flemi, tuz birikimini \u00f6nler.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u0131v\u0131 Y\u00f6netimi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yeterli s\u0131v\u0131 da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flayan minimum \u0131slatma i\u00e7in 2-5 kat devridaim oran\u0131. Takviye suyu, buharla\u015fmay\u0131 telafi eder. Bo\u015faltma i\u015flemi, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f kat\u0131lar\u0131 kontrol eder. Do\u011fru s\u0131v\u0131 y\u00f6netimi, performans\u0131 korur.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130zleme Sistemleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Giri\u015f ve \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015ftaki H\u2082S analiz\u00f6rleri, ar\u0131nd\u0131rma verimlili\u011fini do\u011frular. G\u00fcvenilir performansa sahip, kendini kan\u0131tlam\u0131\u015f kimyasal ar\u0131tma teknolojisi.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130n\u015faat Standartlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcretici standartlar\u0131na uygun FRP tanklar. Y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki y\u00f6netmeliklere uygun kimyasal sistemler.
