Anyon re\u00e7inesi ise anyonlar\u0131 (Cl, SO\u2084, HCO\u2083) hidroksil iyonlar\u0131yla de\u011fi\u015ftirir. Bu iki i\u015flemin birle\u015ftirilmesi, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f tuzlar\u0131n neredeyse tamam\u0131n\u0131 gidererek demineralize su elde edilmesini sa\u011flar.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Sistem Yap\u0131land\u0131rmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seri ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f iki bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 kap \u2013 \u00f6nce katyon de\u011fi\u015ftirici, ard\u0131ndan anyon de\u011fi\u015ftirici. Ham su, katyon yata\u011f\u0131ndan ge\u00e7erek tuzlar\u0131 asitlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcr. Asidik ara \u00fcr\u00fcn, anyon yata\u011f\u0131ndan ge\u00e7erek asitleri n\u00f6tralize eder. \u00dcr\u00fcn suyu, esasen minerallerden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Katyon Haznesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hidrojen formunda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc asit katyon re\u00e7inesi. Giri\u015f da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131l\u0131 tank, 30-48 in\u00e7 derinli\u011finde re\u00e7ine yata\u011f\u0131, geri y\u0131kama s\u0131ras\u0131nda geni\u015fleme i\u00e7in bo\u015fluk, \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f drenaj\u0131. S\u00fclf\u00fcrik veya hidroklorik asit ile rejenere edilerek hidrojen formuna geri d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Anyon Haznesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hidroksil formunda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bazik anyon re\u00e7inesi. Katyon re\u00e7inesiyle benzer kap tasar\u0131m\u0131. Sodyum hidroksit (kostik) ile rejenere edilerek hidroksil formuna geri d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr. Tip I re\u00e7ine silikay\u0131 giderir; Tip II ise silika i\u00e7ermeyen uygulamalar i\u00e7in daha ekonomiktir.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Malzeme Yap\u0131s\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FRP tanklar, rejenerasyon s\u0131ras\u0131nda asit ve kostik maddelere kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Korozyona dayan\u0131kl\u0131 malzemelerden \u00fcretilmi\u015f i\u00e7 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131lar. Paslanmaz \u00e7elik veya plastik borular. Rejenerasyon maddesine dayan\u0131kl\u0131 vanalar ve kontrol elemanlar\u0131.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bas\u0131nc\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tipik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bas\u0131nc\u0131 50-100 psig'dir. Her bir yataktan ge\u00e7en bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, yatak temizken 10-15 psi olup, t\u00fckenme a\u015famas\u0131nda 20-30 psi'ye y\u00fckselir. Toplam sistem bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, uygun boyutland\u0131rma yoluyla kontrol edilir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Su Kalitesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Giri\u015f suyunda ask\u0131da kat\u0131 maddeler ve klorun giderilmesi amac\u0131yla \u00f6n ar\u0131tma yap\u0131l\u0131r ve re\u00e7ineler korunur. \u00dcretilen suyun iletkenli\u011fi genellikle 1-10 mikrosiemens\/cm aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Tip I anyon re\u00e7inesi kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda silika seviyesi 0,02 ppm\u2019nin alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. Kalite, rejenerasyonun etkinli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Yenilenme D\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sistem, kirletici maddeleri tutan re\u00e7ineyi bo\u015falt\u0131r. Ters y\u0131kama, yatak i\u00e7indeki birikmi\u015f kat\u0131 maddeleri gev\u015feterek uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Kimyasal rejenerasyon, de\u011fi\u015fim kapasitesini geri kazand\u0131r\u0131r. Durulama, fazla rejenerasyon maddesini giderir. Sisteme geri d\u00f6n\u00fcl\u00fcr. D\u00f6ng\u00fc s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, su kalitesine ve ak\u0131\u015f miktar\u0131na g\u00f6re belirlenir.     <\/p>\n<p><strong>Uygulamalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kazan takviye suyu, ila\u00e7 end\u00fcstrisi su sistemleri, elektronik \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131lan ultra saf su, laboratuvar durulama suyu, mineralsiz su gerektiren proses end\u00fcstrileri ve demineralize su gerektiren her t\u00fcrl\u00fc uygulama.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kapasite Hesaplamas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Re\u00e7ine hacmi, su sertli\u011fi, TDS ve gerekli \u00fcretim h\u0131z\u0131na g\u00f6re belirlenir. Tipik de\u011fi\u015fim kapasitesi, katyon re\u00e7inesi i\u00e7in metrek\u00fcp ba\u015f\u0131na 20-30 kilograin, anyon re\u00e7inesi i\u00e7in ise 15-25 kilograin\u2019dir. Uygun boyutland\u0131rma, yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyeti ile rejenerasyon s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 aras\u0131nda denge sa\u011flar.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Otomasyon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kontrol sistemleri, hizmet, rejenerasyon ve durulama d\u00f6ng\u00fclerini y\u00f6netir. \u0130letkenlik izleme sistemi, iletkenlik e\u015fi\u011fi a\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda rejenerasyonu tetikler. Ak\u0131\u015f toplamlay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131, i\u015flenen hacmi takip eder. Otomatik rejenerasyon maddesi dozajlamas\u0131, sistemin d\u00fczg\u00fcn bir \u015fekilde geri kazan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Performans Avantajlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksek safl\u0131kta demineralize su \u00fcretir. G\u00fcvenlik standartlar\u0131na uygun kimyasal madde i\u015fleme.
