Oksijen kaynakl\u0131 \u00e7ukurla\u015fma, kazan borular\u0131na zarar verir. CO\u2082, karbonik asit olu\u015fturarak yo\u011fu\u015fma sistemlerinde korozyona yol a\u00e7ar. Gaz giderme i\u015flemi bu gazlar\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rarak ekipman\u0131 korur.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Termal Hava Giderme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suyu, gaz \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn s\u0131f\u0131ra yak\u0131n bir d\u00fczeye d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc doygunluk s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kadar \u0131s\u0131t\u0131r. Buhar enjeksiyonu veya \u0131s\u0131tma, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f gazlar\u0131n sal\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Havaland\u0131rma sistemi, sal\u0131nan gazlar\u0131 uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Havas\u0131z hale getirilmi\u015f su, s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 koruyarak gazlar\u0131n yeniden emilmesini \u00f6nler.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Vakumla Gaz Giderme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bas\u0131nc\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek gaz \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc azalt\u0131r. P\u00fcsk\u00fcrtme veya dolgulu yatak, gaz sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u00fczey alan\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131r. Vakum pompas\u0131, sal\u0131nan gazlar\u0131 uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. S\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa duyarl\u0131 uygulamalar veya orta d\u00fczeyde gaz giderme gereksinimleri i\u00e7in etkilidir.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Gemi Yap\u0131s\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Su giri\u015fi p\u00fcsk\u00fcrtme sistemi veya da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131, \u0131s\u0131tma b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc veya vakum odas\u0131, gazlar\u0131 tahliye eden havaland\u0131rma sistemi, havas\u0131z su depolama b\u00f6lmesi ve kazan besleme pompalar\u0131na giden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fa sahip dikey veya yatay bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 kap. Tasar\u0131m, hedef gaz\u0131n giderilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli temas s\u00fcresini sa\u011flar. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bas\u0131nc\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Termal hava gidericiler genellikle 5-20 psig bas\u0131n\u00e7ta \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve doygunluk s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 110-125 \u00b0C aras\u0131nda tutar. Vakum \u00fcniteleri 50-100 mmHg mutlak bas\u0131n\u00e7ta \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Tasar\u0131m bas\u0131nc\u0131, uygun g\u00fcvenlik fakt\u00f6rleri dikkate al\u0131narak ASME standartlar\u0131na g\u00f6re belirlenir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Performans Seviyeleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f oksijen seviyesini 7 ppb\u2019nin alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek kazan besleme suyu standartlar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lar. CO\u2082 seviyesini 5 ppm\u2019nin alt\u0131na indirir. Y\u00fcksek safl\u0131kta sistemler, geli\u015fmi\u015f tasar\u0131mlar sayesinde oksijen seviyesini 5 ppb\u2019nin alt\u0131na indirir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Malzeme Se\u00e7imi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Besleme suyunu i\u015fleyen termal hava gidericiler i\u00e7in karbon \u00e7eli\u011fi. Y\u00fcksek safl\u0131kta veya a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 uygulamalar i\u00e7in paslanmaz \u00e7elik. Gaz sal\u0131n\u0131m verimlili\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan do\u011fru da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. P\u00fcsk\u00fcrtme b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, yeterli kalma s\u00fcresi sa\u011flanacak \u015fekilde boyutland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Depolama B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entegre depolama sistemi, havas\u0131 al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f suyu istenen s\u0131cakl\u0131kta tutar. Pompa emi\u015fine yeterli NPSH sa\u011flar. Tipik depolama kapasitesi, kazan talebinin 5-10 dakikal\u0131k ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lar. Seviye kontrol\u00fc, stok seviyesini y\u00f6netir.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Uygulamalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elektrik santrali kazan besleme suyu, end\u00fcstriyel kazan sistemleri, ila\u00e7 ve elektronik sekt\u00f6rleri i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek safl\u0131kta su, b\u00f6lgesel \u0131s\u0131tma, korozyona dayan\u0131kl\u0131 su gerektiren proses buhar\u0131 \u00fcretimi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Havaland\u0131rma Sistemi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Serbest kalan gazlar\u0131 s\u00fcrekli olarak uzakla\u015ft\u0131rarak yeniden emilmesini \u00f6nler. Vakum sistemi, vakumlu gaz gidericilerdeki bas\u0131nc\u0131 sabit tutar.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Kimyasal Takviye<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sodyum s\u00fclfit gibi oksijen tutucular, mekanik havaland\u0131rmay\u0131 tamamlayarak kalan oksijen izlerini ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131r. Bu kombine i\u015flem, kritik uygulamalar i\u00e7in ultra d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oksijen seviyeleri sa\u011flar. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Performans Avantajlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oksijen kaynakl\u0131 korozyonu ortadan kald\u0131rarak kazan \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc onlarca y\u0131l uzat\u0131r. CO\u2082 yo\u011fu\u015fma sistemindeki korozyonu \u00f6nler. Kimyasal ar\u0131tma maliyetlerini azalt\u0131r.
