Ar\u0131tma i\u015flemi, fiziksel ve kimyasal adsorpsiyon mekanizmalar\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Gemi Tasar\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ham su giri\u015f da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131s\u0131na sahip dikey bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 kap; tipik olarak 30-48 in\u00e7 derinli\u011finde aktif karbon yata\u011f\u0131; karbon kayb\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyen destek \u00e7ak\u0131l\u0131; alt drenaj sistemi; filtrelenmi\u015f su \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131. Kirletici maddelere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak bo\u015f yatak temas s\u00fcresi 5-15 dakikad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Carbon Media<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6m\u00fcr veya hindistan cevizi kabu\u011fundan elde edilen gran\u00fcl aktif karbon (GAC). Par\u00e7ac\u0131k boyutu 8x30 veya 12x40 mesh. Y\u00fcksek iyot say\u0131s\u0131, adsorpsiyon kapasitesini g\u00f6sterir. Karbonun \u00f6mr\u00fc genellikle 1-3 y\u0131ld\u0131r; bu s\u00fcrenin sonunda rejenerasyon veya de\u011fi\u015ftirme gerekir.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bas\u0131nc\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tipik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bas\u0131nc\u0131 50-100 psig\u2019dir. Temiz yatak bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc 5-10 psi\u2019dir. Karbon y\u00fcklendik\u00e7e bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc hafif\u00e7e artar. Karbonun t\u00fckenmesi, bas\u0131n\u00e7 art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla de\u011fil, kirletici maddelerin s\u0131zmas\u0131yla anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Klorun Giderilmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Klor giderme i\u015flemi, ters ozmoz membranlar\u0131n\u0131 ve iyon de\u011fi\u015fim re\u00e7inelerini korur. Karbon, serbest ve ba\u011fl\u0131 kloru 0,1 ppm\u2019nin alt\u0131na indirir. Kazan besleme suyu ve membran sisteminin korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in vazge\u00e7ilmezdir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Organik Maddelerin Giderilmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f organik maddeleri, h\u00fcmik asitleri, pestisitleri, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fcleri ve end\u00fcstriyel kimyasallar\u0131 adsorbe eder. Tad\u0131 ve kokuyu iyile\u015ftirir. Toplam organik karbon (TOC) seviyesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr. Performans, molek\u00fcler a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011fa ve karbon uyumlulu\u011funa ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Malzeme Se\u00e7imi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Korozyon direnci i\u00e7in epoksi kaplamal\u0131 karbon \u00e7eli\u011fi veya paslanmaz \u00e7elik. Atmosferik koruma ama\u00e7l\u0131 d\u0131\u015f kaplama.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Uygulamalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kazan besleme suyundan klor giderimi, ters ozmoz \u00f6n ar\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, i\u00e7me suyundaki tat ve kokunun giderilmesi, proses suyunun ar\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131, at\u0131k sudaki organik maddelerin ar\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131, su \u00fcr\u00fcnleri yeti\u015ftiricili\u011finde su ar\u0131t\u0131m\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Geri Y\u0131kama Gereklilikleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Periyodik geri y\u0131kama, partik\u00fclleri giderir ve karbon yata\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yeniden da\u011f\u0131t\u0131r. Ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131, geni\u015fleyen yatak ba\u015f\u0131na fit kare ba\u015f\u0131na 8-10 gpm olup, yatak %10-15 oran\u0131nda geni\u015fler. Karbon, filtreleme yerine esas olarak adsorpsiyon yoluyla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 nedeniyle, kum filtrelerine k\u0131yasla daha seyrek s\u0131kl\u0131kta geri y\u0131kama yap\u0131l\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7\u0131\u011f \u0130zleme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Klor analiz\u00f6rleri, klorun t\u00fckenmesini tespit eder. TOC veya UV254 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri, organik maddelerin giderilmesini izler. S\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131, karbonun de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi veya rejenerasyon gereklili\u011fini g\u00f6sterir. \u0130zleme, kirletici maddelerin sonraki sistemlere ge\u00e7i\u015fini \u00f6nler.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Yenileme Se\u00e7enekleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f karbon, 800-900 \u00b0C'de termal olarak yeniden etkinle\u015ftirildi\u011finde kapasitesini geri kazan\u0131r, ancak bir miktar kay\u0131p meydana gelir. Tesis d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yap\u0131lan rejenerasyon, karbonun de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesinden daha ekonomiktir. Baz\u0131 uygulamalarda ise kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f karbon, at\u0131larak yenisiyle de\u011fi\u015ftirilir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Performans Avantajlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Etkili klor ve organik madde giderimi.
