fusion-text-1\"><p>Biyolojik mekanizmay\u0131 kullanmak \u00fczere tasarlanan biyoscrubber'lar, gaz halindeki kirlili\u011fin giderilmesinde yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle hidrojen s\u00fclf\u00fcr (H\u2082S), amonyak (NH\u2083) ve u\u00e7ucu organik bile\u015fikler (VOC'ler) gibi k\u00fck\u00fcrt bile\u015fikleri \u00fczerinde olduk\u00e7a etkilidirler. <\/p>\n<p>Biyoscrubber, kirlenmi\u015f gaz ak\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131, mikroorganizmalar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kirleticileri biyolojik olarak par\u00e7alad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u0131v\u0131 ortamdan (genellikle su veya \u00f6zel y\u0131kama \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi) ge\u00e7irerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Biyoscrubber sistemlerinde bakteriler, birincil biyolojik ar\u0131tma ajan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rev yapar. <\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u0130KROORGAN\u0130ZMA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kirleticilerin biyolojik olarak par\u00e7alanmas\u0131nda bakteriler rol oynar. Bu bakteriler, biyokimyasal s\u00fcre\u00e7ler yoluyla, biyoscrubber'daki gaz ak\u0131m\u0131yla suya ta\u015f\u0131nan kirleticileri par\u00e7alayarak daha az veya tamamen zarars\u0131z bile\u015fiklere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcr. Bu ama\u00e7la kullan\u0131lan mikroorganizmalar, kirletici t\u00fcr\u00fcne g\u00f6re se\u00e7ilir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>BEL\u0130RL\u0130 M\u0130KROORGAN\u0130ZMA T\u00dcR\u00dc<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em><u>K\u00fck\u00fcrt Oksitleyen Bakteriler (k\u00fck\u00fcrt bile\u015fikleri i\u00e7in)<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>S\u00fclf\u00fcrlerin biyolojik olarak uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 en iyi Thiobacillus, Sulfolobus ve di\u011fer bilinen renksiz k\u00fck\u00fcrt bakterileriyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. Bunlar, teknolojik a\u00e7\u0131dan en uygun k\u00fck\u00fcrt oksitleyici bakterilerden baz\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle y\u00fcksek s\u00fclf\u00fcr oksidasyon oranlar\u0131, \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck besin de\u011ferleri ve oksijen ve s\u00fclf\u00fcrlere kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek afiniteleri nedeniyle uygundurlar. Bu bakteriler, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oksijenli biyoreakt\u00f6rlerde ve do\u011fal ortamda s\u00fclf\u00fcrlerin kimyasal ar\u0131t\u0131m\u0131ndan daha iyi performans g\u00f6sterirler. K\u00fck\u00fcrt oksitleyici bakterilerin reaksiyon mekanizmas\u0131, H\u2082S'yi s\u00fclfata (SO\u2084\u00b2\u207b) d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.    <\/p>\n<p>En yayg\u0131n ve en kapsaml\u0131 \u015fekilde incelenen cins Thiobacillus sp.'dir. Bir\u00e7ok t\u00fcr\u00fc asidofiliktir ve optimum pH aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 1-6'd\u0131r. Bu y\u0131kay\u0131c\u0131lar, karbon bazl\u0131 organik kirleticileri CO\u2082 ve H\u2082O gibi zarars\u0131z yan \u00fcr\u00fcnlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebilen Pseudomonas, Bacillus ve Arthrobacter gibi mikroorganizmalar kullan\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fcme h\u0131z\u0131 genellikle pH, s\u0131cakl\u0131k, iyonik y\u00fck, toksik bile\u015fiklerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve substrat konsantrasyonu gibi fakt\u00f6rlere ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Mikrobiyal b\u00fcy\u00fcme h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 anlamak sistem i\u00e7in \u00f6nemlidir \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc biyok\u00fctle tutma s\u00fcresini ve spesifik substrat d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm oran\u0131n\u0131 belirlemede \u00f6nemli bir parametredir.
