ERGIL, a global leader in process equipment manufacturing, proudly announces the successful completion of a major milestone in the design, engineering, and fabrication of heavy process equipment for the Rozhkovskoye Field Development Project in Kazakhstan. This achievement underscores ERGIL’s commitment to excellence and innovation in the oil and gas industry.

ERGIL has successfully completed a major milestone for Rozhkovskoye Field Development Project NefteStroiService Ltd LLP in Kazakhstan, with Ural Oil & Gas LLP, which is a joint venture with the participation of JSC NC KazMunayGas, MOL Group and First International Oil Corparation Limited (a subsidiary of the Chinese oil and gas company Sinopec), as the end user. The project, part of the Rozhkovskoye Field Development, involved the design, engineering, and fabrication of multiple heavy process equipment, including slug catchers, phase test separators, and production separators.

The scope of work encompassed a comprehensive range of services, including design, material supply, fabrication, inspection and testing, packaging, and Ex-Works. ERGIL’s dedication to quality and precision is reflected in the successful completion of 2 Test Separators (1400mm dia x 5400mm T/T), 1 Production Separator (2200mm dia x 7400mm T/T), and 1 Slug Catcher (2800mm dia x 15540mm T/T). All equipment is ASME U stamped with Inconel 625 internal cladding. The weight of each equipment ranges from 20 to 110 tons with a thickness from 50 to 85mm with more than 90 barg pressure and -43 degrees Celsius.

Collaborating closely with NefteStroiService Ltd LLP, ERGIL ensured that the project’s specifications were met with precision. The successful completion of this milestone underscores ERGIL’s commitment to delivering world-class solutions tailored to the unique needs of its clients.

Mrs. Aisulu Isabekova, Regional Sales Specialist at ERGIL, expressed pride in achieving this significant milestone, stating, “ERGIL’s commitment to quality and innovation is evident in the successful completion of the Rozhkovskoye Field Development Project. We are honored to contribute to the success of our Kazakh clients in the oil and gas industry.”
