This project involved crafting a CondensateTank to ASME Sec.VIII Div.1 standards. It's made of SA516-70 material, with a design pressure of 1.4 barg and a temperature range of 0 to +65 °C. It includes mist eliminators, level transmitters, gauges, and valves.
This project is including the integration of carbonsteel (CS) and stainlesssteel (SS) materials, as well as welding both CS and SS materials together.
Our system features critical components such as the 64”X60” PN 25 horizontal PigLauncher and the 64″x60″ PN 10 horizontal PigReceiver, meeting rigorous European Norm EN 13445 standards for pipeline maintenance and inspection.
Our scrubbertowers, made of durable FRP material, have a diameter of 2500 mm and stand at a height of 10000 mm. Supported by robust sulfuricacid concentration H2SO4 and neutralization tanks, each with a 5m3 capacity, also constructed of FRP material.

Our scope of work included manufacturing and delivering essential equipment for the refinery in Limay, Bataan. This encompassed the production and delivery of a #PigLauncher (10"x8"), a #PigReceiver with skids (10"x8"), along with all the necessary accessories.
The vessels were constructed using SA 312 TP 304 / SA 240 Gr. 304 materials. The project followed #ASME Sec VIII Div 1 standards.
Air Suction Pipe material made of SS 316, with a diameter of 3280mm and a length of 13940mm.
