Project Overview:
ERGIL has successfully executed a turnkey project for the design, engineering, and fabrication of a Wet Packed Scrubber System for Eti-Bakır Ammonia facilities. The primary goal of this project is to actively reduce the ammonia concentration from 5270 PPM to a minimum of 270 PPM, ensuring environmental compliance and enhancing the overall operational efficiency of the facility.
Key Project Features:
Ammonia Reduction Goals: The Wet Packed Scrubber System is designed to reduce the ammonia concentration from 5270 PPM at a specified flow rate of 3385kg/h to a minimum of 270 PPM.
Scrubber Tower Specifications: The scrubber towers, crucial components of the system, are constructed of FRP material, featuring a diameter of 2500 mm and a height of 10000 mm.
Supporting Infrastructure:
The system includes 2 sulfuric acid concentration (H2SO4) tanks and Neutralization tanks, both with a capacity of 5m3. These tanks are also constructed of FRP material, ensuring durability and longevity.
Comprehensive Turnkey Solution:
ERGIL’s turnkey approach encompasses a range of services, including foundation calculation, scrubber system calculation, piping, FD analysis automation, and field assembly processes. This holistic solution ensures seamless integration and optimal performance of the Wet Packed Scrubber System.
