ERGIL Secures New Strategic Project: Early Production Facility

Six high-capacity vertical atmospheric storage tanks, each with a substantial capacity of 500 barrels, meticulously engineered according to API 12F standards. These tanks, featuring dimensions of 3,658 mm in diameter and 7,490 mm in height. They are designed to safely operate under pressures up to 69 mbarg and temperatures ranging from -5°C to +90°C, ensuring exceptional durability and operational reliability.

Successfully Completed Order for the Zubair Oil Field Development Project with ENI Iraq B.V.

ERGIL handled the engineering, design, and supply of a prefabricated diesel storage tank with the following specifications: a cone roof (fixed conical) tank type with a capacity of 105 m³, a diameter of 5,500 mm, and a height of 4,750 mm. The design codes include API 650 for the shell and roof, and EN 1090-1 & EN 1090-2 for the structure, with a design pressure of -2.5 / +7.5 mbar g. Additionally, the scope includes a 10” emergency relief valve (1 unit), a 2” pressure vacuum vent (1 unit), an 8” flame arrestor (1 unit), and a 2” floating suction unit (1 unit) with end connections of ANSI 150# RF.
