SYSTEM COMPONENTS AND OPERATION
Filtration Process
Contaminated lube oil enters through the inlet diffuser, where bulk water and heavy particles drop into the sump by gravity. Oil flows through pre-filters removing particles above 10 microns, then through coalescer elements where submicron water droplets combine into larger drops that settle to the collection chamber. Final separator elements polish the oil to target cleanliness before discharge.
