Pleated Technology Advantage

Housing Configuration
Vertical pressure vessel with quick-opening cover, single or multiple pleated bag positions, inlet directing flow to bag openings, outlet from filtered liquid, drain connection. Design accommodates pleated bag dimensions.
Pleated Bag Construction
Polypropylene, polyester, or nylon media pleated and formed into bag shape. Support cage prevents pleat collapse under pressure differential. Typical surface area 25-50 sq ft per bag versus 3-8 sq ft for felt bags.
Flow Capacity
