This project involved crafting a CondensateTank to ASME Sec.VIII Div.1 standards. It's made of SA516-70 material, with a design pressure of 1.4 barg and a temperature range of 0 to +65 °C. It includes mist eliminators, level transmitters, gauges, and valves.
This project is including the integration of carbonsteel (CS) and stainlesssteel (SS) materials, as well as welding both CS and SS materials together.
Our system features critical components such as the 64”X60” PN 25 horizontal PigLauncher and the 64″x60″ PN 10 horizontal PigReceiver, meeting rigorous European Norm EN 13445 standards for pipeline maintenance and inspection.
