ERGIL provides pig signals / indicators for pipeline industry for the extreme conditions. Pig indicator is a device that is used on a pipeline to show an indication to operator during the pipeline pigging. ERGIL Pig Indicator is a economical solution that can be applied all kind of pigging systems.
Ergil Pig Signallers are available in configurations with visual and remote indication and categorized into three ranges of identification;
- Mechanical Flag model
- Electrical Switch model
- Combined Flag & Switch model
Pig Signaller range can be installed using two different methods dependent on requirements;
- Threaded connection
- Flanged connection
There are two types of pig signallers depending on the detecting mechanism;
- The intrusive type
- The non-intrusive type

- No need a special tool or experience
- 150# to 2500# pressure ratings
- 2” to 60” in size
- Minimum bore of 39mm
- A single acting manual set mechanism
- Mechanical key interlock security system for safely operations
